Dear Octopus

This is a warm hug of a play, like taking a book from a childhood bookshelf: famous five or swallows and amazons, cocooning in a wool blanket with some tea and crumpets and a hot water bottle.

Cosy and comforting. Which I imagine is how the world had just started to feel again after WWI and just before WWII.
